Psalm  5:11 But all those that put their trust in Thee, rejoice… Thou defends us. KJV

CDM was designed to deal with the cast outs and downtrodden, the despondent, discouraged; those harboring roots of bitterness. Some have come the past 25yrs to vent, and be inspired by God’s wisdom and grace. We’ve brought many back into God’s care, empowering devotions and prayer back into their lives. They were able to recognize the results of a praying heart. Many were able to deal with generational curses and get rid of the strongholds of the past. Others still come to benefit from learning how to communicate with family members as well as co-workers.

25, almost 26 years, God has called me to challenge people to share truths from God’sheart to there’s through His counseling book, “God’s Word”, the Bible. The Bible teaches us to grow through any trials given to us. He shows us the way out and it is my job as His advocate to share the wisdom He has bestowed upon me for their needs. It has been such a privilege to serve my Heavenly Father all these years. Many said I would not make it 5 years but look at what God has done…and continues to accomplish through us.We have been legally established and maintained through our attorney who keeps us abreast of all new laws. We have upgraded our library system through computer data. We have studied the New Age traps through the Ministry of Apologetics. We’ve accomplished in-service trainings as well as doing retreats, inspiration rallies, and teaching financial concepts. CDM has been on the Missions Board as liaison to Women’s Ministries International local regional and conference level since 1993.

In 1994 I received my Masters in Counseling. We have been blessed with upgraded phone systems through the years. We were involved with the Greater Rockford Sunday School Association Conferences. I’ve done group meeting at the home office, church and other places and have attended hundreds of conferences, workshops, and seminars etc…all to broaden my expertise. In 1995 I was elected East District President of our Missions outreach (WMI) responsible for the Northern Illinois / Wisconsin areas.

Then I think about all the counselee’s God has sent. A friend stated that if they didn’t make it through this ministry they didn’t make it at all and never achieve their goals. No matter who has come for counseling we have always dealt with spiritual warfare in their lives. Satan is always out there seeking whom he may devour. They are empowered to counteract their actions and not allow the devil to win the battle.

We have broken many Generational Curses in people’s lives; some taking many years to accomplish. Never the less these folks are spiritually and emotionally free.

In 1997 we even had an office, as needed, in the Evangelical Free Church in Rockford. Clear Dome Ministry was introduced as a heart to heart ministry to our Free Methodist Denomination. We also started to be the liaison at Olive Branch Mission. Now I am the liaison for all of Freeport IL. Especially the schools change over from books to computers. We receive all those and some are sent to Africa. We also send over handmade scarves mittens, hats, hygiene kits etc…

In 1998 we designed our client evaluation sheets, and we opened our first bank account and still have the same account today with the addition of a debit card just this past year. We also were given our first computer from Women’s Aglow ministries. God is Good all the time. We had an in house young lady to stay for a month and a half who was homeless and from her healing in counsel she went back and was restored to her family. We also had another young man stay with us for about 6 months,  but his healing was more complicated.

It was also the same year in ’98 that I started teaching at retreats. I did a seminar on Handling Stress at our Sky Lodge retreat center. We also introduced a once a year prayer vigil called “The Concert of Prayer” It was a 24hr prayer time with people signing up to pray each hour for a 24 hr period. Time goes by quickly when you’re enthroned with our Lord. It generated a lot of change in our Church growth and was very successful.

Then once 1999 came we received our tax I.D. and our attorney officially became the head of our ministry. By this time we were also praying for a Mission Outreach trip to Hungary which came about from a spring retreat I had gone to and personally met Kay Kline, who found out some of my holocaust history through a getting acquainted game.

Thus I started to write and prepare for this European trip doing fundraisers sharing my story to all who would listen from local schools and churches etc. We left for Hungary with my husband and the Klines, on May 5th, 2000 out of pocket costs were $28. How awesome is our God when He wants something accomplished He opens the right doors.

This was an awakening of how Missionaries work and accomplish God’s tasks. Now I could also put into my Resume that I was a speaker abroad. I was also made Director of Missions Outreach from our Church during that period. We had a beautiful Commissioning Service held at our Church in preparation for this trip. I even attended some Theology courses while in Hungary. The intention of the trip was to share my holocaust experience and have people recognize that you can be happy and blessed in spite of circumstances because of a relationship with Jesus. It was awesome to speak in several cities while in Hungary and see people recognize that they needed positive changes in their lives.

Once home in 2001, I began to speak more locally about those holocaust as VP of Women’s Ministries. I designed several Spiritual Inspiration Rallies (SIR). Our first one was in my local church and women came from everywhere. Another was in Wisconsin at different churches and Central IL. I counseled in Peoria once a month for several days so this open more doors to share and do retreats, as well. Some topics were How God Moves, Not allowing Satan to Rob us of our Time; The Personalities of the Twelve Disciples; Self Worth and How to Have Healthy Relationships; and Forgiveness which was spoken in West Virginia as a retreat weekend. Spiritual Fashion Shows that pertained to the inner fashion of our Spirit. We’ve had Victorian High Tea’s. I’ve shared with the Jr. High Students the holocaust victory and continue to share in Churches. We need to keep this history alive and allow the world to experience results not just horror.

In 2002 I created the inception of Weighing for the Lord which was a weight management program complete with daily Bible verses to empower weight control and dealing with the emotions that cause much of our overeating. We met once a month and received positive results.

In 2003 I became Dr Rose Binns, D. Min; Psy. DC. Fifteen years total to finish these degrees. My
first duty was attending my first Free Methodist denominational world conference which was in Seattle Washington. This was also bonding time with my youngest son who had friends in that area so he could stay with them. After the conference we were able to tour Crater Lake, Mt. St. Helen’s and a rose arboretum, through some wonderful people, The Schmidts. They not only took us in but thought while we are here we‘d better see these places in the area. What an awesome experience. Since then I have been to Michigan, Rochester New York, and Orlando Florida attending Global FMC Conferences; every four
years with this last one of 2015 in July.

You know as a truck driver you are so busy getting to the destination you never have time to tour anywhere. Having now attended four world conferences, the magnitude of the spirit is so powerful and you receive a whole new aspect of strength to persevere and go forward to share with all who will listen; plus making friends from all over the world. There is nothing like it. That was also the year God decided to modernize my office with a huge desk and upgraded computer; updated furniture and a gift of a copier/scanner/fax machine form our tech. All answers to years of prayer.

By ’04 I had 4 offices and still spoke at a Mother’s day Banquet. In ’05 we became members of AACC – Association of American Christian Counselors That is what opened up opportunities to do phone counseling all over the country. We’ve waited fifteen years for this. Lincoln Medical decided to upgrade us to a flat screen for our computer, something that I can actually see. I also designed more literature and policies during this time.

Then in “06 my husband was called to serve in Iraq for a year and a half. While he was in Iraq God decided to upgrade the house as well, with a new roof, fascia and soffit; some completed by Lincoln Medical and some done by Micro Switch Company. What a blessing that was as the need was great. That also put me on the Contact crisis lineagain after being away from it since the ‘90’s. But it filled in the void of missing Michael. So that’s what God decided I would do. I’ve been on the World Mission’s Board since 2007: Also, received new slate for our walkway to the office. From then until the present God always does a new thing.

We are pressing on to the mark that God has for us. James 2:18-26 basically tells us that faith is not ministry. Blind faith is what we use to achieve the goals God has set before us. Faith is God’s reward for His gift to us that we put into action. That’s been happening all along from 1989 until 2015 now 26 years for ministry. It’s a security that works through the Holy Spirit who guides and directs us . After pondering on all these years it is faith and obedience that has sustained Clear Dome Ministry. I look forward to God’s productive opportunities and I work on my book; continue to work with counselees. I praise God for all those who work and have worked with CDM throughout these years fulfilling God’s plans and allowing Him to utilize their time for us to prosper us and keep us accountable as well and prayerfully in place  and having everyone encourage us along the way. Thank you and I praise God for all of you who continue to support CDMtaking time out of your busy schedules to serve God in this capacity. It is wonderful to be loved so much through His people. Thank you and may God richly bless all of those involved.

In respect in His Service,

Dr. Rose Binns
