Ps. 94: 18-19

When I said ‘my foot is slipping’ your Love Lord supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.

CDM is now in its 31st year. I believe that says a lot for advertisement, which only comes by word of mouth all these years. I know I say it every year but we have an AWESOME God who continues to work for us throughout these years. There has never been a time in history that constant prayer is needed to bring revival to our world, especially in our United States.

Yes there are setbacks this year, however, God is in control and now it is my turn to teach others how to work from home and still keep their private living space separate. He continues to use me to promote healing, revival and renewal in people’s lives. I deal with manic/bipolar behaviors, infidelity, ADD-Attention Deficit Disorder, and addictions of all kinds. God continues to steer me through His Word to empower counselees to understand the idols they have put into their lives to avoid the truth that God reveals to them through using me to share His insights. His word proves that our self-worth must come from Him not from what we do. He uses me to teach them to use their gifts given by our Heavenly Father.

Even through this pandemic I continue to make myself available 24/7 while my office is getting rather dusty His work continues here by phone/Zoom etc…Most people like the convenience of calling in and staying at home, sending their homework in through email.  It sure has saved the wear and tear on my car since ALL of my conferences are on zoom, as well. CDM has saved a lot on overhead this year which helps a small budget. Counselees are faithful in sending their counseling donations. While many are aware of our lack of resources, God continues to put it on every ones heart to support CDM financially. I praise God for that and am grateful for everyone listening to God’s voice and supplying our needs.

I’ve been able to be reminded of trainings of the past while updating on issues of the present. There are reminders of how to take care of me. As a caregiver we are good at caring for others rather than ourselves. I have to preach to the choir here a lot since I have always worked from home or at other Churches. Thus this is not new for me.

 Conferences Attended

It’s been such a blessing to be able to attend Zoom conferences. Due to the changes I could attend more than if I had to drive to them. Here are the ones that I attended throughout the year.

  • Covid & Smoking-How Smoking compromises the immune system
  • American Lung Assoc-Smoking Cessation
  • Whole Health Action Management
  • Trauma Informed Virtual Facilitation
  • Boosting Engagement-taking brain breaks
  • Move Beyond Trauma-PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome)
  • Compassion Fatigue
  • Smoking/Vaping & Cancer

I have appreciation to everyone involved. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support whether substantially/prayers/food etc… May Our Lord bless and keep you in His care in spite of these strange circumstances. I look forward to see what God does through the New Year coming.   In His Service, Dr Rose Binns
